Origin of Shipments

All orders are handmade, packaged, and shipped from Florida - United States.

Processing Time

Orders of only readily-made items usually take 2-5 business days to be processed, packed, and shipped. Exceptions would be during holidays or convention season, which may experience longer processing times of up to 10 business days.

Any order that contains a product that requires construction fulfillment (ie Commission Work or Pre-Order/Made-to-Order shop items) will be delayed until that product is completed. The date of those items varies but can be found in the item’s listing. To avoid delay of other items, make sure to order accordingly.

Delivery Time

Orders are sent out with USPS and occasionally UPS. Packages will never be mailed out with a method that doesn’t include tracking.

Domestic orders (within the U.S.): delivery usually takes 2-5 business days

International orders (outside of the U.S.): delivery can take 2-5 weeks, though customs pending, a package could experience a longer timeframe en-route.

Cancellations, Returns, & Exchanges

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchasing. To request a cancellation of a part of or an entire order, use the contact form, including your name and order number. After the 24-hour mark, there will be no refunds.

All sales are final, so returns or exchanges are generally not accepted.

Address Changes

If there has been an error input in your mailing address upon making an order, simply reply to the confirmation e-mail with the correct address. Please do this as soon as possible because once the package is sent out, I am unable to make any changes and will need to wait until the package is returned. Package will then be resent once additional postage has been repaid by the buyer.

Adding Items to an Existing Order

Multiple orders will not be combined and will ship separately.

However, additional items can be added to a recently made order as long as it hasn’t shipped. If all other items in the order are Ready-to-Ship, this must be done as soon as possible because once the tracking e-mail has been sent, no further order adjustments can be made. If there are any preorder or made-to-order items already in the existing order, you are able to add-on during that construction timeline. Please use the contact form, including your name and order confirmation number. You will be invoiced separately for the additional item/s.

Incorrect/Missing Items in Order

In the uncommon situation that there is a mistake with your order, I am more than happy to help! Within 14 days of receiving the package, please use the contact form, including your name and order confirmation number so we can get that resolved quickly.

Orders stuck “in-transit”

Once the package is handed off for mailing, I have no control over the delivery or treatment of the package while it is in transit. However, if an issue arises, I will do my best to work with you in resolving the issue.

Please note that it is not uncommon for packages to miss a tracking scan while in-transit. However, this should have no effect on the delivery and, when it does, that may mean that the package may be stuck. Package may be considered lost or stuck if tracking has not been updated in a considerable amount of time.

For domestic orders (U.S.), please wait until 2 weeks have passed without a new tracking update, please use the contact form, including your name and order confirmation number so that I can look into it for you.

For international orders outside of the U.S., please wait until 4 weeks have passed without a new tracking update before using the form. I also highly recommend contacting your local post. Often times, once a package leaves tthe U.S., it no longer gives accurate tracking updates. Your local post office may have more information than I can give.

Lastly, be sure to check your mailbox or around your home for possible delivery. It is very possible for packages to miss the final delivery scan before arriving at your doorstep!

International Shipping Information

Shipping is available to most countries outside of the U.S. If you make an order from a country that is unable to receive plush parcels with tracking, the order will be cancelled and refunded.

Customs

Your country’s import tariffs, duties, or service charges are not included in the cost. These vary by country and will need to be paid by the recipient. For those living in the European Union (EU), VAT will be due upon arrival to customs no matter the value of the package. Please research and be prepared to pay those costs.

If a package is returned as Rejected or Unclaimed from customs, your order can be:

  • Re-shipped (you will need to pay the appropriate postage cost); or…

  • Refunded minus a 10% restocking fee + shipping costs.
